How GUSU Works

GUSU is a "Collective Buying" platform. By teaming up with other shoppers, you unlock wholesale prices on premium brands that are usually reserved for big retailers.

What are the stages of a Group Buy? +

Every deal follows a simple two-step journey to ensure you get the best price:

1. The Reservation (Up to 6 Days): Join the group to reserve your discount. We need a minimum number of people to "unlock" the deal.
2. The Success Window (Final 24 Hours): Once the minimum is met, the deal is Formed! The group stays open for 24 more hours so late-comers can still grab the deal before the order is finalized.
When am I actually charged? +

Your payment is processed based on when you join:

  • Reservation Joins: We place a temporary hold on your card. You are only charged the moment the group hits its minimum and "Forms."
  • Success Window Joins: Since the deal is already guaranteed, you are charged immediately at checkout.
Note: If the group fails to hit the minimum within 6 days, the hold is released and you pay $0.
Can I leave a Group Buy? +

Yes, we offer total flexibility during the Reservation phase. Simply go to your "Orders" page and click "Leave Group Buy." Your payment hold will be released immediately.

Note: Once a group is "Formed" and successful, all orders are final to ensure the brand can begin fulfillment.

Shipping & Secure Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order? +

GUSU features both ready-to-ship items and Made-to-Order jewelry. Because some pieces are handcrafted specifically for our group, lead times can vary from a few days to 8 weeks.

Always check the "Lead Time" or "Shipping" tab on the specific product page for an accurate estimate.
Is my delivery secure? (Signature Required) +

To protect your high-value purchase, most orders require a signature upon delivery.

  • If you are not available to sign, you may be required to pick up your package at the carrier’s local facility.
  • GUSU currently only ships within the United States.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is secure; GUSU is not responsible for packages once they are confirmed as delivered or if they go missing after a successful delivery.

Notifications & Updates

How will I stay updated on my order? +

We keep you informed at every milestone via email:

  1. Join: Confirmation that your spot is reserved.
  2. Status: Notification if the group succeeds (Charged) or fails (Released).
  3. Order Confirmed: Order is successfully placed and waiting for fulfillment.
  4. Fulfillment: Email with your tracking number once the item ships.
  5. Delivery: Final confirmation once the package is at your door.
What is the return policy? +

Because Group Buys rely on bulk commitments to keep prices low, successful orders are generally final. However, if an item arrives damaged or the brand offers a specific trial period (15-30 days), we will help facilitate that. Check the product page for the brand's specific policy.
