GUSU Credit is a promotional reward, denominated in US dollars, that you can earn when you shop with us and apply toward future purchases on the Site. Credit you earn on any brand can be used on any brand we carry — it is never locked to a single brand.

GUSU Credit is a promotional benefit, not a gift card. It is not purchased by you, has no cash value, and is redeemable only on gusu.co. It is not a bank deposit, money, or a stored-value or payment instrument, and it is not transferable.

You earn GUSU Credit on eligible orders. The amount you will earn is shown to you before you buy — on the product and again at checkout ("Earn $X back") — so there is no guesswork.

We determine the amount of credit earned, which may vary by product and order. Credit is added to your account once your order reaches "Order Confirmed" status; it is not granted at the moment of purchase. You must have an account to earn and hold GUSU Credit.

At checkout, you choose how much credit to apply — all of it, some of it, or none. There is no minimum balance required to redeem.

• Credit can be applied toward your products, shipping, and tax.
• The credit you apply cannot exceed your order total; you cannot receive cash back or change from credit.
• Any credit you do not use stays in your account for next time.
• GUSU Credit cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used to purchase gift cards or store credit.

The only circumstances in which credit may be removed from your account are those described in these Credit Terms — for example, when an order is returned or cancelled (Section 5), or in cases of error, fraud, or abuse (Section 6).

Credit earned on a returned order. If you return or cancel an order, any GUSU Credit you earned on that order is reversed. If that credit is still in your account, we simply remove it. If you have already used some or all of it, we may recover the amount by deducting it from your current or future credit balance, or from the refund owed to you for the returned order.

Credit used to pay for an order. If you paid for an order partly with GUSU Credit and then return it, the amount you paid by card is refunded to your card, and the credit portion is returned to your account — ready to use again. Credit is never refunded as cash.

We may correct, withhold, reduce, reverse, or void GUSU Credit, and suspend or close accounts, where we reasonably believe credit was issued in error or obtained or used through fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Credit Terms or our Terms of Service. Examples include creating multiple accounts to earn credit, manipulating orders or returns to generate credit, or transferring or selling credit.

GUSU Credit is tied to your individual account and may not be combined, pooled, or transferred between accounts or people. Each person may maintain one account, as described in our Terms of Service.

GUSU Credit is an ongoing program that we may change. We may adjust how credit is earned — including earn amounts, eligibility, and program mechanics — at any time on a going-forward basis. Changes do not reduce credit already in your account, which remains subject to these Credit Terms and does not expire.

If we ever decide to discontinue the GUSU Credit program entirely, we will give you reasonable advance notice and a reasonable opportunity to use your existing balance before the program ends.

These Credit Terms are governed by and form part of our Terms of Service, including its provisions on governing law, dispute resolution, disclaimers, and limitation of liability. Terms used but not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.
