Age. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence and able to enter into a binding contract.

One account per person. Each person may maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts, or sharing an account, may result in suspension or termination.

Your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Accuracy. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account and purchase information, and to keep it updated so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not constitute acceptance. Your order is accepted when we ship the products to you.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion — including where we suspect fraud, where a product is out of stock, where there is an error in pricing or product information, or where an order appears to be placed by a dealer or reseller or in quantities beyond normal individual use. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the amount charged.

Prices. All prices are shown in US dollars and are subject to change at any time without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the time you place it. Prices do not include shipping or applicable taxes, which are shown at checkout.

Errors. Occasionally information on the Site may contain errors or omissions relating to price, description, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change, update, or cancel orders if any information was inaccurate, at any time and without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

Payment. Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card details. By placing an order, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, and you agree to Stripe's applicable terms.

Taxes. You are responsible for any applicable sales or other taxes, which are calculated and shown at checkout.

GUSU Credit is store credit you may earn and apply toward purchases on the Site. GUSU Credit has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and may only be redeemed within GUSU. Your use of GUSU Credit is governed by our separate Store Credit Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is a flat rate of $5.99 per order, and most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after they ship. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Full details are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Because we sell beauty, skincare, and wellness products, returns follow standard health and hygiene practices for these categories. In summary: unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery; opened or used skincare, beauty, and personal-care items cannot be returned; supplements and other ingestible products are final sale once opened; and damaged, defective, or incorrect items are always covered. These terms are set out in full in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We work to describe and display our products accurately, including ingredients, images, and details provided by the brands. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content are complete, current, or error-free, and we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color is accurate. Packaging and ingredients may change from time to time; please rely on the label on the product you receive.

Statements regarding beauty, skincare, and wellness products are for general informational purposes only and are not medical advice. Dietary supplement statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and these products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before using any new product, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

Your content. If you post reviews, photos, or other content on the Site, you keep ownership of it, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting GUSU.

Standards. Content you post must be your own, accurate, and lawful, and must not be misleading, offensive, or infringe anyone's rights. We may remove any content at our discretion.

Feedback. If you send us ideas, suggestions, or other feedback, we may use it without restriction and without any obligation to keep it confidential or to compensate you.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• create multiple accounts, or share or transfer your account;
• use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Site or place orders;
• post false, misleading, infringing, or inappropriate content;
• attempt to abuse, manipulate, or circumvent GUSU Credit, promotions, returns, or payment systems;
• engage in fraud, or file payment disputes (chargebacks) without a valid reason;
• use the Site for any unlawful purpose; or
• harass, threaten, or abuse our team or other users.

We may issue warnings, cancel orders, withhold or reverse GUSU Credit, or suspend or terminate accounts for violations, including immediately for fraud, abuse, or other serious conduct.

The Site and its content — including the GUSU name, logo, text, graphics, and design — are owned by or licensed to Gusu Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. Product names, brand names, and logos belong to their respective owners, and your use of the Site grants you no right to use them. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, products, or practices, and we are not liable for any harm related to your use of them. Please review their terms and policies before transacting with them.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gusu Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Binding arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, rather than in court, except as provided below.

Class action waiver. You and GUSU agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims.

Small claims exception. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead of arbitration, if it qualifies.

Opt-out. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing us at contact@gusu.co within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. Subject to the arbitration provisions above, any dispute not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or to protect GUSU, our customers, or our business. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive — including those on payment, user content, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — will survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will post the updated Terms on the Site and update the effective date, and we may notify registered users by email. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Store Credit Terms, and Shipping & Returns Policy, are the entire agreement between you and GUSU regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements.

Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions stay in full effect.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

Assignment. We may assign these Terms to a successor or affiliate. You may not assign your rights without our written consent.

U.S. only. The Site is intended for customers located in the United States.
