Our team will review the details to determine the cause of the issue. If the error occurred during our preparation or packaging process, we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.

Please note that issues resulting from carrier or customer handling may not qualify for a refund. Once the item is sent back, it will be inspected by the GUSU team to ensure it meets our refund standards. Upon passing inspection, your refund will be processed.
